Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind and set us apart from other retailers in the outdoor shed industry. Most online stores deduct both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee from your refund. At Outdoor Sheds Clearance, we only charge what’s necessary, return shipping and any applicable restocking fees, saving our customers an average of hundreds of dollars on a return.
While we stand behind every product we sell, we understand that sometimes plans change or an item doesn’t meet expectations.
That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
If you’d like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at support@outdoorshedsclearance.com with your order number. We’ll send you clear, step-by-step instructions on how to complete your return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any restocking fees required by the manufacturer.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll notify you via email that your refund has been processed.
Important: To receive a refund, returned items must arrive at our distribution center in “Like New” condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
“Like New” means the product must show no signs of wear or usage.
Items returned with visible wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
