This ensures that every authorized seller should be offering the same product at the same price. If you find another online store offering a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, let us know—our team will verify the pricing with the brand, and if eligible, we’ll refund the difference directly to your credit card.

We want you to feel completely confident that you’re getting the best possible deal when you shop with us. If our own website lists the same item at a lower price within 30 days of your order, we’ll refund the difference to you as well.

To request a partial refund, simply email us the competitor’s product link and the link to the same item on our website within 30 days of your order date. Once verified, we’ll issue the credit right away.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has a few conditions:

• You must complete your purchase on our website before submitting a Price Match request.

• Promotions such as rebates, bundle deals, or “buy one, get one free” offers are not eligible.

• The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of the request.

• The competitor must be an online retailer without a physical storefront.

• Price matches are not valid for discounters or marketplace websites (Examples: eBay, Overstock, Walmart, Amazon, etc.).

• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product.

• Price comparisons must include both product price and shipping fees (sales tax excluded).
